Last month, we celebrated the Lawrence Library’s designation as a Literary Landmark. The library was awarded this status because of its depiction in Barbara Cooney’s award-winning children’s book Miss Rumphius.
If you weren’t able to attend the Barbara Cooney Literary Landmark dedication, you can watch the whole thing here, thanks to Pepperell Community Media, Inc.

Last month, multi-instrumentalist David Polansky performed “Music Through the Decades” at the Lawrence Library. Thanks to Pepperell Community Media, you can now watch this concert, which includes musical selections by Irving Berlin, George Gershwin, and others.
This program was supported in part by a grant from the Pepperell Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency. Additional funding was provided by the Friends of the Lawrence Library.
